Welcoming You Back

to the Table

Our doors are open and the table is set. Whenever you're comfortable, join us for in-person worship, including communion.

We recommend wearing a mask (especially if you're not vaccinated). If you're talking to someone who is wearing a mask, we urge you to put yours on as well, out of respect.

For more, visit our Safe Worship during COVID-19 page (updated June 2021).

Rally & Spirit Day

Play ball! Join us after worship on Sunday, September 12 for an all-ages congregational "wiffle" baseball game as we celebrate our community. Children (ages 4-9) are invited pre-worship to kick off our fall Sunday School program at 9:30am.

SMT Center Opening

Let's party! Come celebrate the opening of our renovated Washington Street community space with a host of local musicians, kids' crafts, open mic and more on Sunday, September 19 after worship.

Pipe Organ Dedication & Celebration of Richard Brode

Make a joyful noise! Join us as we dedicate our newly restored George Jardin & Son Tracker Pipe Organ, plus celebrate the legacy of Richard Brode, our former Minister of Music, on Sunday, October 3 during and after worship.

Support LTM

Lunchtime Ministry (LTM) provides a warm meal, hospitality, and community for our neighbors who are homeless, marginally housed, or just hungry. LTM has been serving food to hundreds of guests every week with the help of dozens of volunteers from 8 AM to 12 PM, Monday through Thursday.

You can go to our Amazon Wish List to see what is needed.

A PLACE WHERE YOU CAN BE
TRUE TO YOURSELF

We are always welcoming, never judging.

ABOUT OUR CHURCH

Our congregation comes from a variety of backgrounds, welcoming those who are gay and straight, homeless and housed, single, married, widowed, or divorced. The Romanesque-style church was built in 1877 and installed with a majestic George Jardine & Son Tracker
Pipe Organ.

CHILDREN MINISTRIES

God's Word gives spiritual growth. Children ages 3 through 12 have the opportunity to learn about the Bible and how to love God through Sunday School and Vacation Bible School. Confirmation class is offered for 7th & 8th graders and a youth group is available for 7th to 12th grade students.

SERVICES

Services are every Sunday at
10:30 AM. Our faith is grounded in the Bible and dedicated to proclaiming the Good News of God’s love to our community through our worship and ministries. We welcome you to join us whether you a long-time Hobokenite, refugee, or recent resident.

MEET OUR VIBRANT COMMUNITY
OF FRIENDS, FAMILIES & KIDS

We are looking forward to meeting you.

 HELP US TO SPREAD
LOVE AND FAITH

We believe God calls us to work toward tithing and practice first fruits giving as a way or reminding ourselves that God has given us everything we possess. Set up a regularly re-occuring or one time gift to further the work of God in the world.
