Garden(ing) Party on May 15

The Stewardship and Youth + Family committees invite you to our 2021 Garden(ing) Party! Celebrate spring and dig in the dirt on Saturday, May 15 from 1-4pm.

SMT members and friends are invited to tend to the church garden in our 8th & Hudson courtyard. Gardening tools will be available for use.

Sunday School and Cradle Roll families, or anyone with young children, are invited to plant the SMT Center flower boxes at 8th & Washington. Each family will be provided their own flower box, plus there will a children’s craft.

Please RSVP here, so we can ensure to have enough supplies on hand. We also greatly welcome flower, plant and soil donations, which can be noted on the form. If you’re unable to attend, but would like to donate funds for gardening, you may do so here.

Finally, please wear a mask — safety protocols similar to our worship guidelines will be in effect.

Giving Back

This is the time when our talk turns into action! You may still complete a 2021 pledge card or donate directly online.

Give with a smile, do not give up, and share some joy!

Virtual Sunday School

Every Sunday at 9:30 am

All are invited to welcome to join in the fun! To register your child, join our committee (we're always looking for new members) or for any questions, please email president@stmatthewtrinity.org

Support LTM

Lunchtime Ministry (LTM) provides a warm meal, hospitality, and community for our neighbors who are homeless, marginally housed, or just hungry. LTM has been serving food to hundreds of guests every week with the help of dozens of volunteers from 8 AM to 12 PM, Monday through Thursday.

You can go to our Amazon Wish List to see what is needed.

A PLACE WHERE YOU CAN BE
TRUE TO YOURSELF

We are always welcoming, never judging.

ABOUT OUR CHURCH

Our congregation comes from a variety of backgrounds, welcoming those who are gay and straight, homeless and housed, single, married, widowed, or divorced. The Romanesque-style church was built in 1877 and installed with a majestic George Jardine & Son Tracker
Pipe Organ.

CHILDREN MINISTRIES

God's Word gives spiritual growth. Children ages 3 through 12 have the opportunity to learn about the Bible and how to love God through Sunday School and Vacation Bible School. Confirmation class is offered for 7th & 8th graders and a youth group is available for 7th to 12th grade students.

SERVICES

Services are every Sunday at
10:30 AM. Our faith is grounded in the Bible and dedicated to proclaiming the Good News of God’s love to our community through our worship and ministries. We welcome you to join us whether you a long-time Hobokenite, refugee, or recent resident.

MEET OUR VIBRANT COMMUNITY
OF FRIENDS, FAMILIES & KIDS

We are looking forward to meeting you.

 HELP US TO SPREAD
LOVE AND FAITH

We believe God calls us to work toward tithing and practice first fruits giving as a way or reminding ourselves that God has given us everything we possess. Set up a regularly re-occuring or one time gift to further the work of God in the world.
