“It is more blessed to give than to receive.” …Acts 20:35
SMT is extremely appreciative of the financial and spiritual support so that our congregation may continue to minister to our community in Hoboken and beyond during these challenging and unique times. We are stronger when we give together!
Please let us know your pledge for 2021 as soon as you have prayerfully considered your giving for next year. That way SMT can properly plan its ministry.
Please pledge online or print the pledge card and send back to St. Matthew Trinity, 57 8th Street, Hoboken, NJ 07030. Email Terri Matteo if you have any questions: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Advent Temple Talks
SMT featured four Zoom interviews with various members of the congregation regarding the impact that stewardship has had on their daily lives. The interviews were conducted by Terri Matteo.
Lunchtime Ministry (LTM) provides a warm meal, hospitality, and community for our neighbors who are homeless, marginally housed, or just hungry. LTM has been serving food to hundreds of guests every week with the help of dozens of volunteers from 8 AM to 12 PM, Monday through Thursday.
You can go to our Amazon Wish List to see what is needed.

TRUE TO YOURSELF
We are always welcoming, never judging.
ABOUT OUR CHURCH
Our congregation comes from a variety of backgrounds, welcoming those who are gay and straight, homeless and housed, single, married, widowed, or divorced. The Romanesque-style church was built in 1877 and installed with a majestic George Jardine & Son Tracker
God's Word gives spiritual growth. Children ages 3 through 12 have the opportunity to learn about the Bible and how to love God through Sunday School and Vacation Bible School. Confirmation class is offered for 7th & 8th graders and a youth group is available for 7th to 12th grade students.
Services are every Sunday at
10:30 AM. Our faith is grounded in the Bible and dedicated to proclaiming the Good News of God’s love to our community through our worship and ministries. We welcome you to join us whether you a long-time Hobokenite, refugee, or recent resident.

HELP US TO SPREAD
LOVE AND FAITH
We believe God calls us to work toward tithing and practice first fruits giving as a way or reminding ourselves that God has given us everything we possess. Set up a regularly re-occuring or one time gift to further the work of God in the world.
